3 steps to cook maggie mee.
1) Boil water till you c lovely bubbles/effervescence. Pour in seasoning & noodle to let the flavour get in. Take out only the ¾ cooked noodles into a bowl to let it cool down & become QQ.
2) Put other ingredients in: seafood then meat then vegetable (I dun like my vege to be too soggy & YES most vege can be eaten raw after careful cleansing). Pour them out into the bowl.
3) Add an egg into the stove and wait till ¾ cooked. Pour the egg on top of the bowl with the piping hot soup.
Result: A tasty, QQ noodles with meat/seafood, chunky vege & a lovely sunshine eggie inside piping hot soup! ^^ Satisfaction guaranteed. =)
